What should I do if one of my past tax returns is missing from my documents from 2018? I filed them and got an email confirmation back then but I can't see it now.

I need to access my tax return from 2018. When I go to my documents, I only see my filing in one state (Virginia), but I filed in Maryland as well, and it is the Maryland tax return that I need. I looked back at my email and I got an email from Turbotax confirming that I filed a return in Maryland and that the return was accepted but when I download my tax PDF for that year, only the Virginia return is included in the PDF, not the Maryland one. What should I do to get access to the Maryland return? Who should I contact?
