What should i do? I filed my taxes in the beginning of the year and everything was accepted as far as it showed. Its now telling me i didnt and to file again in October.

The return i filed still took the money I had owed and said my taxes were completed for both state and federal so I am very confused.

Lots of users have more than one account. An "old" account that you have might be generating those marketing email reminders. If you know that you prepared a 2024 return, filed it, and it was accepted and processed, and that you paid your tax due, you can ignore the marketing emails.
