I know I owe but I don’t know how to find out

You do not know how much you owe? What do you not know? Do you know the amount on line 23 of your federal tax return---that is how much you owe the IRS. It is due by July 15, 2020.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
