I've been dealing with the same problem for 3 days now. No info on stimulus payments AND I can't get in touch with ANYONE about this problem with the app or information on our stimulus payments.
Like dude ...my bills ain't stop because of Corona virus....and now we(TurboTax) shrugging our shoulders and leaving LOYAL customers in the dark ... I'll reconsider using these services again
Every time i get on the turbo tax app it says error and i cannot call the customer service number because it hangs up i need to check my ballance can anyone help!!! Email me [email address removed]
Same problem bro. I checked the IRS portal and the account number is one I have never heard of. TurboTax prepaid app and customer service number is not working. I definitely will not be using TurboTax to file anymore taxes.
My turbo card app isnt working either, keep getting error message pop up... tried to call number on the back of the card multiple times but, nothing.
Same, can't get into the turbotax debit card login. Either by the web or the app. Doesn't say what the error is just that every time I try to login it crashes or says sorry there has been an error that has occurred. This is really sad.
I was having trouble all day as well but my fiance and I both got ours on the card now. I wasn't able to use the app still tho, I had to go on my browser
I did just a little bit ago because I couldn’t get the app, website or phone number on the back of my card to work & my stimulus deposit wasn’t in there yet. I did go to www.irs.gov & went to “check my payment” & it says it was sent to my bank on 4/15/20 so maybe it’ll be in there tomorrow. I also just tried to call the phone number again for the 5th time & finally got a recording saying they are experiencing a high call volume & to try to call back later or tomorrow.
I can not access the app i can not call the number or access the website. What can be done ?
The app is not working the website is not working cant contact anyone, paid $170 or more so I would not have to deal with stuff like this.... frustrating!!!!
No it just said needed direct deposit info didn't show were they tried to send it when I was filling it all out ask for ago gross for 2018 2019 what ever I filed last then my refund amount and then asked if got all refund or owe anything witch I didnt owe anything and did get it all then when re routed same info of routing and account of my turbo account put all same info that was showing for routing amd account it then said my money would ne deposited in account tried calling cant pull up app to find out if deposited yet about ready to go to arm check account wound wondering if anyone tried that yet
I’m pretty much stuck in limbo since the IRS “deposited” mine into an account that appears to be the last 4 of my social and NOT the turbo card/green dot account listed on my 1040. It does not leave the option to update payment DD info if you’ve already filed for 2019. I’ve called and called and robocall-c*nt lady got yelled at for never ever giving me options to clear this up.
We are seeing an unprecedented number of calls to Turbo Card lines, due to stimulus payments being funded by the IRS. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we appreciate your patience. If you are experiencing any issues please wait a bit and try again.
They won’t let us call through, they won’t let us on the app, the also are having the websites crash also. Like what is going on? I know they have enough workers to fix on of them issues. Man, can anyone help?
https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
When you got there scroll down to het payment and then will ask for your info will tell you of been direct deposited or if they need direct deposit info if you get that saying they need direct deposit info I would pit something other then this day turbo card i wish i did so I dont have to deal with the **bleep** site and all the questions I have of what the heck is going on with turbo tax
