What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

I was able get onto the website but I need to change my pin and can only do that from the app. The app is not working. WTH??? I need to get to my money.

I understand that and went to do that. But the should have our direct deposit with our cards. That's where taxes went and that's where relief should go. I was just trying to check my account not necessarily for relief but the whole system is down. I'm assuming from over load of users

After trying The Whole afternoon finally see that stimulus check is in there but... need to change my pin but the app gives the there is a problem with connecting.. come on get your crap together!

The phone app isn't working and I have money in my card and haven't been able to access it😡

I have not been able to access the card for days. Thankfully I only used it for my tax refund. I went to the IRS website and where red my tax info. It basically told me it could not find direct deposit for my return so I entered my personal bank info. It’s confirmed that I’ll receive my payment. This leads me not to believe the replay Turbo gave about payments going to the card.

Mine says it suppose to be deposited into my turbo greendot card,  which I still have and use.. The problem is there is no such deposit.. The site says April 15 ... Today!  And no deposit has been made I finally was able to go on the internet to check through the link they posted to see my activity, because the app isn't working! 😩

I decided to use the Prepaid card for my 2018 and 2019 returns.   I received a different card both times.  It now looks like the stimulus was deposited ont he card from my 2018 return (which I don't have anymore ) and I can only access the new card I received this year through the app.  How do I get a replacement of the 2018 card?

This **bleep** better be fixed tomorrow. So i have a question has anyone received the stimulus money but the app isn’t working? Also have you been able to access the money on the card even tho the app isn’t working?
