There are several possible fixes to resolve your problem with confirmation codes.
Contact Technical Support at https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ if none of these things work.
We send out the confirmation code shortly after you request it. Some e-mail programs check for mail at irregular intervals. Look for a send and receive now button to update your inbox. Also, check to make sure the e-mail we sent wasn't in a spam folder.
You can verify your e-mail a different way through account settings
