There are several
possible fixes to resolve your problem with confirmation codes.

Support at https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ if
none of these things work.
We send out the
confirmation code shortly after you request it. Some e-mail programs check for
mail at irregular intervals. Look for a send and receive now button to update
your inbox. Also, check to make sure the e-mail we sent wasn't in a spam
folder.
You can verify
your e-mail a different way through account settings
- Click "My Account"
near the top right of your screen
- Select "Account
Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Verify
E-mail"
- This sends a different kind
of e-mail where you click a button rather than enter a code
- After you receive the e-mail
and verify your account, sign out of TurboTax Online and back in.
- You will be able to e-file
without a code now.
