What do I do if I can't get my confirmation email to file?
you get two e-mails for each return filed. first will confirm submission and the second will say accepted or rejected but you must submit the return for this to happen. there is no presubmission e-mail.
now if you're really saying you got no e-mails after submitting them, are you sure you went through the complete process of clicking the submit icon and selected e-filing. there is no confirmation if you selected mailing and in fact, unless you mailed it, the returns have not been filed.
