If you file an incomplete return or if you have any mistakes on your tax return, the IRS will spend longer processing your return. This will slow down any potential refund. Mistakes could include mathematical errors or incorrect personal information.

The only ones that would know why your refund is delay is the IRS & State.  TurboTax does not get any information regarding returns/refunds.

You can check the IRS website Where's My Refund for your Federal information?

If you have a State refund, click on the following link, then click on your State
