We purchased turbotax deluxe to file more than one return and its not giving me an option to start a second return?

When we did file our first return it did not give us the 1 free state return either? We purchased this same deluxe turbotax from SAM's Club last year and had no problem.

TurboTax desktop pricing is different than online pricing.

TurboTax Desktop Deluxe, Premier and Home & Business include 1 state download but there is an additional cost for states in TurboTax Online Deluxe, Premier and Self-Employed.
