I have filed my returns in Feb 2017 thru creditkarma.com but I haven't received my refund yet.IRS says "Your tax return is still being processed."Can you help me?

Is there any thing I can do at this point.I have filed for the first time.will that cause any delay in processing?Please let me know what I can do further.

We are unable to assist you with a return that wasn't filed through our software.  You'll need to contact Credit Karma for assistance.  You can also check on the status of your tax refund at the IRS's website.  https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Can I file amendment thru turbo tax?

We recommend filing an amended return with the same method you originally filed.  With that being said, it is possible to use TurboTax to amend your return.  First, you would need to recreate it in TurboTax so that it is an exact duplicate of what you originally filed.  You'd then mark that you're printing and mailing it to finalize your return.  Once you've done that, you can then us TurboTax to Amend your return.

Was there something you need to correct on your return?  The fact that it's been held up with the IRS wouldn't require you to amend.  See our help article below for more information:

Thanks for the information.I don't have any corrections as far as I know but I assume that it may be delayed because of some errors in my initial filing.
