Was approved but now its not?

My state refund said it was accepted and approved for a different amount and to expect it in my account in five business days. Now it's saying something completely different, that I need to wait 6-8 weeks. And that they haven't processed it.

Only your state can explain.  TurboTax gets no information from the state after you file your tax return.

This has happened to me also.. I thought maybe I was being garnished for something... i just don't know what I would be garnished for.
