Waiting for refund amount to be approved

My fed return got excepted on Jan 29th state Jan 30th got my state back weeks ago. When I go to track my fed return it still says refund waiting to be approved turbo tax sent me an email telling me I should get it march 3rd I even paid extra to get it 5days early still nothing never had this problem

When you receive a notification from TurboTax that your return has been “Accepted” it means that the IRS has accepted it for processing. It does not mean that it has been processed yet, just that is complete and accurate for them to start working on processing your return. You might also get a message for estimated processing time. This is just an estimate, since TurboTax has no control over when the IRS or any state will process your return, once they have been “accepted” by them.

The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days, assuming that there is no delay and nothing is holding your return. Some returns are subject to an automatic hold due to the Path Act when certain credits are claimed. Never go by estimated dates. This is just a projection date based on the assumption that the IRS will process your return within the regular 21 days timeframe. 

The (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds (before mid-February) on any tax return that claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit. For more information click on the link below

Up to 5 Days Early Refund Delivery applies when the IRS has processed and approved your refund and a date for direct deposit has been given. For example, if you go on the IRS website and the Direct Deposit is "scheduled" for "March 15", that's when TurboTax Up to 5 Days Early Option kicks in; it is not based on an assumption of when it might be ready, but rather on the actual date provided by the IRS.

Have you check the status of your IRS refund through the IRS "Where's my IRS refund"?  This is the best place to receive updates on your refund.
