W2 Late File

Hello I am inquiring about a question/concern filing Late for one of my W2s but have already have recieved my state taxes and still awaiting for my Federal Refund "processing" how should I go about doing this without my refund being offsetted and is it possible to get my refund from that W2 that I've filed.

That run on sentence you posted is pretty confusing... Do you mean you already filed your tax return and now you received another W-2 that you need to file? Please shorten the sentences and explain again what you are trying to do.
