Updates after Filing Return

When logging into Turbotax to check status of return, the system spent four minutes updating turbotax before I could get to that information.  How do I know if any of the updates would have affected my return already submitted?  I have seen this question asked, but have not seen a clear answer.

Once your tax return is filed, it is transmitted to the taxing agency and is no longer in the TurboTax system for processing. This means no changes would happen that would affect the filed return.
