I received my turbo tax card in the mail but it says I have a balance of 0 even though my return was accepted and approved. Why is this?

Did you ask to have TT fees deducted from it?

Until the IRS (& State) issue your refund, your card will be zero balance.  Has has the IRS actually issued your refund. As stated above check the website Where's My Refund.  If you have a state refund it is sent separate, you can check your states website for your refund status.
