Unfortunately we do not have anyway of seeing if you paid your federal taxes....however if you have paid them then you more than likely would have gotten a refund from the IRS....what you can do is contact the IRS and they will be able to tell you if you filed a return last year. If you click on this link it will bring you to the IRS website and from there you should be able to find the correct number to contact them.  https://www.irs.gov/
