Under bank name does it want my name or the bank's name? On the first page, it says Bank name and then on the following confirming pages it switches it to account name.

You would put the Bank's name under Bank name.  Under Account name, that would be the name of the account holder.

That's the thing, both are the same answer. The first one says "Name of bank". Once you hit continue it shows you the input information that you wrote but it changes "Name of bank" to "account name". So it's confusing.

For example: Bank of name = Chase bank

once you hit continue to confirm information it switches to:

Account Name: Chase Bank

Did you ever figure this out because I submitted mine with the name of my bank for account name
