Can you please take a look at the issue laid out in this thread. I think it is a serious security/ identity risk. They should not doing this. And they should have option to delete.

My curiosity is that this issue is not across the board for the 3 or 4 million desktop users. I am trying to figure out how those documents got loaded onto an online account
Do you happen to know what was the outcome of the report you mentioned ? Obviously it was not fix. I need these document removed. And the ability to remove them.
@tuandavidvo It is not yet known when this issue will be corrected and give users the ability to delete the documents listed.

Has it been fixed yet? I also found a few 1099 forms unexpectedly in my account from last years. This is definitely a serious security issue for me. It makes me very hesitant continue using TurboTax going forward.

No. I was on the phone for nearly an hour. They verified the complaint and had no solution. They proposed:
a) delete the acct
b) delete the acct
Yes, a = b = nonsense solution

OMG. I just noticed this as well. It is a picture taken by my phone of a W2. This is because the "employer" is out of date and TurboTax could not import so it says I can try to take a pic and let them "scan" it. It failed and I winded up typing all the box numbers manually. So now it has a copy of my 'picture' and I cannot delete it either.
I went back to TT desktop 2023 and there is no option to "delete" anything from there. This is a big security concern.

Is that going to mess up my TurboTax 2024 activation which I just did today?
When I follow the instructions you provide, this is the result. I want to delete two W-2s that Intuit put in their cloud drive on my Intuit account without my knowledge. I don't want to wipe out my entire Intuit account. Do we all have to file an FTC complaint for Intuit to fix this issue?
I just submitted a feedback on the Document page for the same. Couldn't find their number to call or chat, feedback is the only way. How could they do that!!!!
Please escalate this issue - a major bleach of consumer confidence for TURBO. It's not a technically difficult thing to correct, why took so long without any update???
