TurboTax won't let me e-file if I'm filing form 8621 -- is this new in TT 2023?

Hi -- in past years we've e-filed our Federal return and mailed in our form 8621 separately.  We understand TT does not include this form.  This year TurboTax says we cannot e-file because we have a 8621 (reporting form for Passive Foreign Investment Companies).  Is this new a new requirement with TT 2023?  Is there a way around it?
