turbotax still says "pending"

I electronically filed my Federal and State taxes.  I received emails stating that both were accepted. I also have received my refunds with a bank deposit.  Why then does my TurboTax program still say "pending"?  Is this a program problem? Will it have any effect on next year's return? Is there a way to resolve this?

We need a bit more information to be able to assist you further.  Which version of TurboTax are you using - Online or Desktop?
