TurboTax shut down during first attempt to submit, then charged me

I think my situation is unique to me. After I had filled out everything in turbo tax, and chose to e-file, I tried submitting, but turbo tax quit unexpectedly on my computer. When I got it up again, it didn’t appear that my taxes were filed. So on my second attempt, I chose to e file me federal tax only. After submission, it showed a complete submission page on turbo tax, and shortly after I received an email from turbo tax about the submission confirmation. I then assume, it never submitted my state tax form from the first attempt, yet turbo tax still charged me $25 for filing...without actually filing it. I’d like to have this charge refunded to me, please. And I will just submit my state taxes via mail.
