I filed my state and federal taxes with TurboTax on 1/28 and they were both accepted later that day. I have checked every day since on the IRS Where's My Refund and they say there is no record of it. I know for a fact it was accepted so what gives? This coupled with the problems my son has been having not getting his advance has made it so I never want to use TurboTax or any other Intuit products again!

Once the IRS accepts your return TurboTax has no control over when the IRS processes it. Check with the IRS in 2-3 weeks.
Accepted means your tax return is now in the government's hands and has passed the initial inspection. After acceptance, the next step is for the government to approve your refund. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ here for assistance.
@KatrinaLO I understand what accepted means. My issue is that the IRS is showing no record of my return. Using the Where's My Refund app you can search for your refund and after being accepted it should locate my return and show accepted. Then eventually it will turn to refund approved, and then refund sent. The issue I am having is when putting my information in it says it has no record of my return even though TurboTax emailed me stating both my federal and state were submitted and then accepted.
Are you putting your total refund amount without the state refund because turbo adds them together. Try putting just your federal refund amount
I am which is the way it has always been but I've also tried separate with no luck
