TurboTax incorrectly charges for amended state return even though it's unnecessary

Hello!

So I filed my federal return and non-resident OR state return.

Then I got one more 1099-B/DIV form and wanted to amend my return. I even chatted with a TurboTax support specialist on this and the conclusion was that my non-resident state return doesn't need to be amended - it's unaffected by this extra change.

Unfortunately TurboTax is forcing me to pay $49 for this unnecessary, unchanged state return.

Feeling pretty disappointed about this. How do I get help?
