TurboTax hasnt sent my return

They still have it pending it's been the whole weekend I'm getting annoyed

Pending means that your e-filed tax return is on its way and the IRS or your state hasn't accepted it yet. Your tax return can be in the pending status for up to 48 hours before being accepted or rejected.

It's not unusual for state returns to remain in pending status several days after a federal return has been accepted. The pending status means that your state return hasn't been accepted or rejected yet.
