Turbotax fee refund

I started doing my taxes online but after my file was rejected i learned I had to download the desktop version. However, since I have paid for the online deluxe version already, i was wondering if that could be refunded in any way - I'm basically paying twice...

Yes, you can request a refund since we should show the purchase of the Desktop. When entering the nature of your question, don't use the word refund or you will be sent to an automated site to check the status of your tax refunds. Start here:

I filled out the tax form and was about to file. However, I could not file and did not file with turbotax. You charged me the 30 before I filed. I did not realize that until it showed up on bank account. Please credit the 30 dollars back to my account since I was not able to complete the filing and will not be using Turbo Tax. i was impressed with your program and will consider changing next year.
