I completed my federal & state return, e-filed it (my 11th year so I'm not new ) - paid the 25 bucks for the state efile. The IRS rejected my return as there apparently was an issue with my AGI from last year so both returns were rejected. I clicked on the link in the email notification, expecting to zoom back to TurboTax to see what the problem is and POOF - no tax return in there. Nothing. Blank. Like I'd imagined spending 4 hours working on the thing. It is gone. GONE. Luckily, I pdf'd the monster before I logged off.
This is my last year wasting my money and time on this product.
I'm going to mail in a paper copy of my return from the aforementioned saved pdf and pay for the certified mail. I don't have the energy to seek a refund and that's what they want.
Goodbye, Turbotax. Your product sucks and your customer service is non-existent.
