I got an email late last night sting that if I do not pay turbo tax by June 16th they are debiting it out of account. However my taxes were screwed up becasue turbo forms were not ready yet for the child tax credit. There was a glitch and im getting way less. Im ok with that, but I usually pay from taxes for using Turbo but I havent even gotten my refund. So im assuming they are trying to pay the lawsuit so therefore Im getting hit for it. Why should we have to pay if we havent gotten our refund? Its bad enough the forms were wrong, but now you want your money but I havent even gotten mine. Time to call an attorney

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
