TurboTax charged my fee twice

I did the live support option when I filed my return and after it was done I choose to "Pay with my return" well the refund took longer than TurboTax expected so they decided to charge my bank account instead of waiting with me. (around $300) Now my refund hit my bank account after months and they took there fee AGAIN. I do not have time to sit on the phone during their working hours, how am I supposed to get that money back??
