Only to later (after no email nothing from them) find out by logging into turbotax 3 days later, that I was denied?! With "lookout for an email from first century bank regarding the decision to deny your request" but it's been 4 days and still no email. And Ive checked my spam folder, trust and believe.
- so I decide to call turbo tax's 1(800) 446-8848 number and request to speak with a representative, an hour later I finally get to speak with someone and ask them why I was denied for my advance and they try and give me the phone number to the IRS telling me to ask them about the status of my return. I explained to him that it has nothing to do with the IRS it has to do with the tax advance loan you guys offer to receive part of your refund in advance... Like in the mean time. He puts me on hold for anything 30 minutes and comes back to tell me I was denied because I chose to have my turbo tax fees paid with my refund money instead of upfront with a credit card. So that was why I wasn't eligible for the advance. I have no words. Just know, I'm extremely disappointed. Poor business.
