I called my card and put in my card number and social security number and it said enter valid card information and that is because I received my first stimulus check on my card and now I can't access my card now.

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
