Double the money for one tax Year.  How do I get a refund of the money?

Did they take out the same amount?  They do take out the extra 39.99 Pay with Refund fee.  They didn't take that out when they withdrew the fees from your bank account.  Or did they have to mail you a check?  Then they deduct a $20 check fee if they can't direct deposit it.

It was the same amount $130+ dollars that they withdrew from my account. No communication since but it has been only about a week so I’m waiting patiently.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
