Turbo tax TPG screwed up my refund!!

I efile my taxes every year with turbo tax. They decided to partner with a third party, TPG this year. TPG has hidden fees and the reason why my refunded is way less than expected, I’M MISSING 1,500 out of my taxes! I’ve called the IRS and nobody ever picks up! I called TPG to only get automated responses and then hung up on! I’ve also called the Department of Revenue and they even say it circles back to turbo tax and their partner for holding my refund! I will NOT stop until this is fixed and I’m given the right amount that was suppose to be issued to me!
