Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

I am filing a complaint on Santa Barbara bank with the federal reserve you all should do the same

Mine was suppose to be in the bank on 2/22 and still nothing. Everytime I call they say wait till Monday… wait till Wednesday blah blah

No TPG says unfunded. IRS sent it to them 2/24 and there saying its had to go to a different department to be fixed. Said theres alot.of peoples that are having the same issues. So were probably waiting because the same thing

TPG said the irs sent them mine on 2/16… and I still don’t have it. I called they said it’s 3-5 business days for it to be in my bank .. everyday it’s something different with them

I spoke to a rep today from sbtpg in regards to people who have the 2 accounts issue which is why the website says unfunded..they said by Monday they will have the issue fixed. Fingers crossed !

I called Santa Barbara bank this morning the record Told me that a payment was made to me March 2 via bank print check my story is I filed on 7 February my return went to Santa Barbara Bank on the 24th I was supposed to be deposited into my account I called my bank my bank has not received nor have they rejected a check from Santa Barbara So I’m not sure why they are having to mail my check call Santa Barbara and use the automated service it gives you a little more information the number is [phone number removed]

I check my where my refund it says my deposit was send on the 24th of February still nothing in my account .. when I go check on stp bank it’s say unfund ??? What’s going on

Have you called them? My DDD is 2/24 to. They told me alot of people from 2/24 they had some kind of issue where they had to send it to another department to have it fixed. It should be friday they said. Call tjem.though and make sure that's the reason urs isnt.funded yet

Yes that’s the reason cause call irs they say their send out too the stp so I’m just waiting until

friday.. it was hard too get some one

Called earlier today and opted for a call back, received a call back, gave my information and was told I was being put through to a person who can help me find out if they mailed my cashier check. I'm still on hold, SMH

Why do they send you a cashier's check and not direct deposit it? If anyone finds out anything new between now and friday let me know I'll do the same please

@HotMom2 I have been on hold and cut off several times today🙄 I’ve never gotten the option to receive a call back.
