Turbo tax shows my taxes were accepted by the state, but the state website does not show they received my taxes. Where do I go from here?

If you efiled the state return and are sure the efiled return was accepted for processing by the state (verified in the Online account), but are not finding it in the state's refund lookup tool, then you'll need to start investigating by phoning the state department of revenue and asking them about it.
