TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state. TurboTax is not a bank or any other type of financial institution. TurboTax is a tax preparation software company.

WELL WHATEVER BANK YOU USE TO TAKE TO MUCH FEES OUT IS HOLDING OUR REFUNDS AND ITS YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM. COUNT YOUR DAY TT CONSUMERS ARE FED UP.. IVE BEEN WITH; YOU FOR 20 YEARS THIS THE LAST TIME. DO BETTER TT YOUR A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY .

Both the IRS and TurboTax say that my direct deposit refund should be in my bank account by May 5. Today is May 12 and I still have not received it. What can I do?
