Turbo tax has made a mistake on my tax owed. Should be 1278 and they plugged in 993. What to do? So I paid TT to file my taxes to the turn of 125.00 and it's wrong?

Did you enter any Qualified Dividends?  If so the tax tables are not used.  The Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Worksheet was used to calculate your taxes.
