Turbo tax fee for deducting from my refund

I am paying a fee for Turbo Tax to file my return.  By having this fee paid thru my refund is it an additional fee on top of my filing fee?

Yes, your refund goes through a third party bank and they charge their own fee to take TurboTax fees out of your refund and then send you the rest. This is called the refund processing fee. If you would like to avoid this fee then you can choose to pay with a credit card instead and you will not have this charge.
