I hope this is useful. After three days and painstaking calls I have it figured out.
The turbo tax card is no longer associated with Greendot bank. So calling support number provided by turbo tax for support in; lost or stolen card/never received, then entering SSN and your birth date will not help.
When you filed and requested the card, didn't receive it. And looked up Turbo Tax support it will still refer you to Green Dot for card support. Turbo tax has started a new contract through Credit Karma. So calling Turbo tax asking what the account is that it is being deposited to, will not be familiar number. It is a checking account set up through Credit karma. Best way to report a card that you haven't received is calling the support team in Credit Karma. [phone number removed]. Until they update support information on turbo tax this is the best avenue of reproach. Hope this helps good luck!!

Well I guess they don't want their number posted.
Certain numbers like a telephone and SSN are automatically removed for security reasons.
