Turbo Tax and TPG scandal

Turbo Tax and SBTPG are unlawfully holding people's refunds. The federal tax refund was issued 2/24/2022. Today is 3/29/2022. For over a month they have been holding $11,000.00 of my daughter's. At this point it is theft in my opinion. They need stopped now! Don't trust them with your taxes! They have now quit replying to the BBB as well. As you see there is no date of a cashier's check being issued. They will not talk to us. They will not let you speak to someone further up. They will not look into where the funds are. They said the bank denied the direct deposit and the bank said they did not deny anything. They are theives and liars. The irs should stop sending them money now! Do not let them screw over any more people. ... the saga continues... Now we get a reply implying that the refund was  intercepted. You can see the amount they received from the IRS and the haven't dispursed a penny of it. An interception would have been done prior to the irs issuing the refund. The story just keeps getting worse. Any lawyers want to step in and help these people? For all we know the money is being sent to Russia. These people need to be held accountable.

Her bank must have rejected the deposit and sent it back.  So they sent a check.  By the way for anyone reading this....you don't have to use TPG.  You can pay the fees with a credit card first and your refund will go directly from the IRS to you so you will get it sooner.   And you will avoid the EXTRA $40 or 45 Refund Processing Service charge.

The bank stated that they did not reject the payment. And it has been over a month and a check has not been issued. As you can see in the picture there is no check number, no check issue date and no tracking number. They have the money still. No other forms of payment has been issued and nobody is willing to look into it. This company has the worst BBB rating. And now they have quit replying to the BBB. THEY NEED EXPOSED FOR THE CRIMINALS THEY ARE!

Is that the last 4 digits of your bank account number?  If you entered the wrong routing number or bank account then the deposit didn't go to the right place.  It may have gone to the wrong bank who rejected it.   And your bank wouldn't know about it.

Yes the banking information and mailing address have all been verified. Multiple times. We are over a month into $11,000.00 disappearing into the hands of criminals.

This is the second post that they say I did this to. They want it to look like they have resolved the issue. The fact is that they will always be theives. I money is still missing. DON'T EVER USE TURBO TAX!
