How are you going to charge my account for the fee, when it's not my fault my refund is delayed due to this virus stuff???? Way to kick people when they're down!

@Jerihill86 The auto-debit emails are pre-scheduled every year or otherwise selected by users in the product. We recognize the timing of this along with COVID-19 is poor, but it was in no way intentional.

Maybe you guys should look into PUSHING it back since taxes and everything else are being pushed back! That'd just be to easy though right? I won't be using Turbotax next year with the increasing fees as is.
