Ttax online states I can't print my MD return to manual file because Form 502 and Info Worksheet are unavailable. I tried multiple browsers and cleared cache. Help?

I signed up to be notified when forms are available and received said email over a week ago.  I continue to have the problem of being unable to print my MD tax return.  I have paid and am able to file/print my Federal return.

The State of Maryland tax forms should be available to print at this time. Please do check if they will now print normally.

If they are still giving the watermark over the forms,  just to clarify, we would like to take a deeper look at this. It would help to have a diagnostic file which, is a sanitized copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed but has all of the forms and numbers entered. You can send one to us by following the directions below and posting the token number here so we can access the sanitized return.

 TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to your online account.
2. Click on Tax Tools on the left tool bar
3. Select Tools
4. In the pop-up screen, click on “Share my file with agent”
5. Click OK on the message that a diagnostic file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
6. Please provide the Token Number.

TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:

1. Open your return.
2. Click the Online tab in top menu bar
3. Select “Send Tax File to Agent”
4. Click Send on the message and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
5. Please provide the Token Number.

Hi - I've successfully filed and had my federal return accepted, but the State return won't load or send for Maryland. I've asked for an extension with Maryland to get it resolved, but there appears to be something wrong with the software that if won't let me access the state return. Please help.
