TTax changed after filing!

I just filed my return.  Closed down TTax.  Decided to reopen it the print out some forms and it goes through an update.  Now my return is $5,000 different without changing anything!!

Is this program reliable??  What do I do to fix this?  It now looks like I overclaimed by $5K
