When will this be approved on the IRS website? The website says it should only take a few days but it has been about a week.

TurboTax does not track your return after it is accepted. TurboTax would say your return has been accepted. It would not say approved. The IRS sequence is accepted then processed then approved. You must track your refund at the IRS web site. Only the IRS knows when it will be approved.
