I just opened TT 2019 to look at a form and it updated yet again . . . both the program and federal and State forms were updated and it took some time so it was substantial . . . so how do I know what forms were updated? As usual, clicking on "More details" give absolutely no information.

The last information I received was that release notes will no longer be detailed for users. Basically, you'll know that the program was updated, but no specifics will be given.
I've asked TurboTax Moderators is this policy still stands. (Many users were unhappy about this). I'll update you if I learn anything different.
