When I open the form and click print to preview at the bottom and print, it includes the Scanband Smart Worksheet but does not populate the Scanband. How do I correct?

Note, that for security purposes some information isn't visible during a print preview, but the information will show up when you print the final version of the form to send to the IRS.
Did you fix the problem?
No - I had to manually key the data into a form from CA's FTB website so I could print and mail that.
I am having the same problem. Has anyone found a solution to this issue?

The problem is with the Turbo Tax form as it is not populating the scanband. I can price the documents no problem but the scanband area is blank.
