Trying to Buy PLUS benefits

I am on the Upgrade page of my account, and am trying to buy the PLUS benefits. They are grayed out, and when I click 'upgrade now' it is not working. I have tried to access my 2016 return and it says I need PLUS. However I cannot purchase it.

Same issue here after navigating the labyrinth of "go to this and do this" suggestions. I don't even think that the owners of this website know that no one is able to purchase their service. It boggles my mind that there isn't just a "buy PLUS" button on the main page.

same here. i've been at this for literally 45 minutes. why is this not just an option that can be selected. you'd think they'd want my money. 😕

there is no easy way to pay turbotax. we've searched and searched and the maze not easy...we just want to give intuit money and cant find a way to upgrade.
