Trying dl last year ret. rd the instrs in the comm forum which say clk documents in left hand menu. dont hv documents tab in left hand menu. Im in correct account, Ideas?

I don't have a documents tab. I double checked and am in the right account.

To access a prior year you may have to start a 2020 return in that account. Just enter some basic info. See this answer by Don with a screen shot
