My 2020 Federal return was rejected. I confirmed the AGI was correct. I ordered a transcript which stated: "No record of return filed" for 2019. I mailed it with a check and the check cleared so they did receive it. What do I need to do?
Use 0 (zero) as AGI. The IRS is still working on paper 2019 returns!
