Transcript says No record of return filed, but they cashed my check

My 2020 Federal return was rejected.  I confirmed the AGI was correct.  I ordered a transcript which stated: "No record of return filed" for 2019. I mailed it with a check and the check cleared so they did receive it. What do I need to do?
