TPG runaround

TPG is a scam. They say they released my 2023 refund, Chase says they did not. I have spent hours on the phone and TPG will not provide an escalation path for my issue. I’m in limbo and TPG is profiting from its theft of my hard-earned money. How is TurboTax not liable for this, given that this is a TurboTax relationship? I have consulted an attorney … class action lawsuit anyone?
